“Beautiful apartment, it was perfect for my family of 4 This is an absolutely beautiful apartment, in a wonderful area of the city. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, etc. in walking distance. Target is also just across the street, which made it very convenient. Many of the sights we wanted to visit were either in walking distance or a very short uber drive away. The apartment is very well stocked and clean. The view from the 14th floor over the whole city was great! Communication with host was also easy and I received pretty fast responses. The garage is a little confusing. The instructions we received at the front desk weren't as clear as we would have liked, but ultimately we did find our assigned spot and it was very easy from there.”
“This was an amazing stay. Will book with them again. The location was very convenient. There is a target right next door. The apartment was extra clean and a lot of extra things were included. The host was very attentive the entire stay and checked in periodically. This was a great stay!! There isn’t a TV in one of the bedrooms that’s the only thing I would say was missing.”
“Really great flat in a smart apartment block with excellent local amenities on hand. Cloud9 are great to deal with and very proactive when you need help / communication. The flat was immaculately clean and in good condition, with lots of care taken in terms of equipment, toiletries and a well stocked fridge with essentials. The West Loop location is very convenient for transport and there are some great local cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.”
