“We really enjoyed our stay at the Pent House. The Views from our room were great both during the day and at Night with all the buildings lit up. It was Amazing to see the city from that high of a view. Customer service was very responsive to any questions. Instructions for WIFI and door keys were communicated well. Lots to do around the area with bars and restaurants. We walked to a lot of our destinations. Main downtown area was a 30 min walk which is great so you can see more of the town. Taking a car is convenient but traffic was always jammed up so we preferred walking to most destinations and felt very safe walking the streets. It was our first time to Chicago and would definitely return. The Architectural River Cruise is a must and a good thing to do on the first part of your stay so you can see the many things there are to do.”
