“These units were absolutely perfect for hosting all of my friends from out of town. We all had plenty of space and Charlie, our host, was very attentive and helpful throughout the duration of our stay!”
“I do not like leaving bad reviews. As an Airbnb owner myself, I understand how important it is to provide a good experience and have happy guests. This place was in a very nice building, but had several things that made it a pretty negative experience. We rented all 3 of their units because we had 8 employees. The check in process was excessively difficult, requiring everyone's ID downloaded even though there was a large security deposit x3 already paid. It was a real hassle and we fealt they were treating us like criminals. Secondly, they advertised on-site parking and we requested parking but they only had one spot for our three vehicles. They informed us that we could park in the garage a block away. This is unacceptable and the management handled the complaint poorly. Lastly, 2 things- the beds are very small fullsize and hard as concrete and there was no water pressure in the shower. My employee had to take a sponge bath the whole time. I do not recommend this overpriced place.”
