“We realized that we were taking a risk by being the firsts to book this place and I’m sorry we did. For 2 months, we corresponded with Cloud9 about our stay and still leading up to the trip and during the trip, we faced issues. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH CLOUD9. They are clearly only about making money, even if that means targeting their guests and reneging previous agreements. For example, when we booked, we were told that parking was free but as the date of check in approached, we received a message saying that we would have to pay for parking per day. We confirmed an early check in but on the day before arrival was told that our check in was at a later time. We received a key that was loose from its keychain but we still kept up with it and 2 days after our trip, we were told that the key was damaged and instead they would be charging us for the key as if we lost it. The apartment is directly next to the train, so don’t expect the sleep well and the bedrooms are small. DO NOT BOOK.”
