“The location was great - close to public transportation and beautiful skyline. A beautiful apartment, clean and uncluttered with enough kitchen accoutrements for meals and plenty of space for three couples. However, there were several broken items - outdoor fire pit which I was assured was fixed before we got there as another renter had mentioned and it was one of the big reasons we rented - very disappointing. The air conditioning was not working and the weather was a little warmer than expected. Being in the city, it was nice that they supplied ear plugs and eye masks as it was noisy and some of the blinds did not shut completely. While they tried to communicate and did send really nice people up to try and fix items, which was great, the AI chat made it harder to understand timelines and there were some unclear responses. Despite these relatively small issues, we really enjoyed ourselves, especially the outdoor spaces and some of the shared amenities (pool table, gym).”
“We loved our stay!! Exactly as described, breathtaking views, perfect location to walk to Fulton Market and surrounding restaurants (5-10 min) and into the Loop/RiverWalk and the Magnificent Mile and Millenium Park (30 min walk with stops along the way!) So easy to get to and safe as well. Host was super responsive and felt right at home. (Only comment if had to find one: couldn’t get outside fireplace to work). Loved our stay-thank you!”
