“Amazing Penthouse! This unit was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The view from both balconies was stunning. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with necessities. The bedrooms included ear buds, I'm assuming because of the highway but the noise didn't both us at all. I was concerned about such a high amount for a security deposit but the hold was lifted on my card within 48 hours. The beds were very firm (I like softer beds) but the pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. The host was always responsive. I'm not sure if it's an AI host but they always responded. Will definitely be staying here every time we visit Chicago.”
“Absolutely loved this space! Very luxurious and the floor to ceiling windows can’t be beat. Underrated note too - there were SO many hangers in the closets and it was the perfect touch. So many airbnbs miss this but Cloud9 thought of everything!”
