“This was a beautiful spot for our family to celebrate and be together for a long weekend in Chicago. It gifted us the opportunity to all have our own space while still enjoying the closeness of sharing the apartment. It was gorgeous, spotless and the views of chicago were spectacular! Working with Cloud9 was amazing. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. It was well worth the extra money to be able to give our grandson space to play while his mama and daddy went out for the evening to enjoy city life. We will definately be back! “We had a great visit. Easy walk to a lot of excursions and restaurants/stores. Nice clean building with facilities. Was responsive when reported there was a missing curtain in the master bedroom, but did not fix. Other than that, really enjoyed our stay.”
