“We loved the neighborhood around the building! Around the corner is a Starbucks, a Target is a couple of blocks down and Millenium Park is a 15 minute walk. The building itself is wonderful - there’s a concierge with friendly staff and a big beautiful rooftop with a pool, multiple lounge areas and a big kitchen for eating. The apartment is pristine - looks exactly like the pictures with everything you need from toiletries, laundry materials, and the kitchen is well supplied. We were also very happy with Cloud9’s service. They are extremely responsive and helpful when we had a small problem with our parking garage key. Solved the issue immediately and kept us in the loop. I highly recommend them during your stay in Chicago!”
