“Amazing place and would stay again next time we’re in Chicago! The place was super clean and it was a beautiful apartment. The view was amazing and didn’t need to go to 360 since we had the view at the apt already! Cloud9 was super quick to respond. They were able to let us stay past check-in as our flight was delayed due to the weather. My family had a great time staying here. We did walk to the city center a bit and it’s around a 10 min walk which was a nice stroll through the neighborhood. Philz coffee and wholefoods were around when we needed to pick up something up”

I do have to point out the cost of Cloud9 units have gone up quite a bit in the 2 years I’ve been booking with them, with this specific unit being triple what I’ve paid in the past. But outside the cost, I have nothing negative to say about the unit and the building… absolutely heavenly.”
