“What an Airbnb!!! The place was clean and had a lovely concierge with security to ensure safety and someone always there to answer any questions. We traveled with a toddler and this place was surprisingly kid friendly! Not a lot of things for my daughter to break, which, loved. The pool was lovely and the gym was clean and such a nice add on. Definitely worth the cost for the safety provided, cleanliness, and such a responsive and helpful host!! Our only hiccup was the last renter did not return the parking pass. We prepaid for a parking pass before arrival and without the parking pass for two days had to pay for parking in the meantime. Receipts were kept and the issue raised with Cloud9. They were extremely responsive and apologetic about the inconvenience and the refund for parking $$ was issued within a week. They were prompt, professional, and everything you could want with a host! Highly recommend. We will certainly be staying here again when we return to Chicago!!”

“We had a wonderful time, thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, and would stay there again. We walked nearly everywhere we wanted to be. Only once did we decide to go so far that an Uber was preferred. Walkable to many restaurants, coffee shops, architectural sites, the River Walk, the lake, and many other destinations and sites. The apartment served us well and provided a beautiful and comfortable retreat between our miles across the city. We also found the building staff to be friendly and helpful. We hosted another couple there (lifelong friends) and they loved it. I think they felt well cared for and comfortable--and that meant a lot to us. And nice towels (which is always a plus)!”
