“Excelente departamento, todo limpio y en orden, tiene todo, tal cual como se ve en fotos, nos encantó. Solo que para entrar fue un tema ya que las personas que están en concierge no te ayudan a nada, ojalá puedan arreglar eso se que es independiente pero si estaría bien dejar un poco más claro en el lobby las intrucciones. Sin embargo, si regresaría esta increíble!!”

“What an Airbnb!!! The place was clean and had a lovely concierge with security to ensure safety and someone always there to answer any questions. We traveled with a toddler and this place was surprisingly kid friendly! Not a lot of things for my daughter to break, which, loved. The pool was lovely and the gym was clean and such a nice add on. Definitely worth the cost for the safety provided, cleanliness, and such a responsive and helpful host!! Our only hiccup was the last renter did not return the parking pass. We prepaid for a parking pass before arrival and without the parking pass for two days had to pay for parking in the meantime. Receipts were kept and the issue raised with Cloud9. They were extremely responsive and apologetic about the inconvenience and the refund for parking $$ was issued within a week. They were prompt, professional, and everything you could want with a host! Highly recommend. We will certainly be staying here again when we return to Chicago!!”
