“We had a wonderful stay! The 18th floor balcony view of downtown Chicago was absolutely amazing, especially with the beautiful city skyline. The location was perfect — we really enjoyed the scenic walk to the Magnificent Mile and Gold Coast district for shopping, restaurants, and exploring the city. The Airbnb itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly what we hoped for. Cloud9 provided excellent service throughout our stay and was always very responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything.
